INGREDIENTS:
ONION : 1
BLACK CHANA: 2 CUPS(BOILED AND COOKED WITH 1PINCH TURMERIC AND CHILLI POWDER)
BUTTERBUT SQUASH: 1
POTATOES : 4
BLACK ONION SEEDS: 2TSPS
JEERA: 1TSP
GARAM MASALA : 2TSP
CHANA MASALA: 2TSP

HOW TO COOK:

TAKE A SUAUCEPAN, ADD 1 TBSP OF OIL AND FRY JEERA AND BLACK ONION SEEDS, ADD SLICED ONION, ALL THE MASALAS AND FRY FOR A WHILE AND ADD POTATOTES AND COOK UNTIL THE POTATOES ARE HALF DONE THEN ADD PUMPKIN PIECES ALONG WITH CHANA, SALT, CHILLI POWDER AND TURMERIC.
AND COOK ON SLOW FLAME FOR NEARLY 10 MIN
