PAV BHAJI

Ingredients:

Cauliflower(small one) :1
Carrots: 2
Potatoes: 3
Capsicum :1
Peas: handful
Onions: 3
Tomatoes: 3
Green chillies: 4
Pav: u can get these baps in all supermarkets
Coriander leaves
Boil all the vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, capsicum and peas) with a tsp of turmeric and mash them

How to make:

Heat butter or oil in a pan, add 2 Onions, chillies and fry until they r light brown. Now add 2 Tomatoes and fry them for a while, add pav bhaji masala, salt and then add all mashed vegetables and cook on very low heat mashing in between and cook for further 10 min.

How to serve:
Cut the pavs in the middle and apply butter on either side and fry them on a tawa, few secs on each side .

Add onions, tomatoes and coriander on top of the bhaji and serve a lemon wedge.
One of the best, mouthwatering pav bhaji on your table ready to be served.

I made this for dinner yesterday and my mom and sis loved it!!!
