Fish Cutlets:

Ingredients:

Tuna steaks: 2
Potatoes: 3 boiled and mashed
Onions: 1
Ginger –Garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Chillies: finely chopped
Coriander leaves: a bunch
Garam Masala: 2 tbsp
Chilli powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric: 1tsp
Salt to taste:
Bread crumbs
Eggs: 3

Fry onions and chillies in oil until they are dark brown, add tuna and cook for 15 min. As soon as the tuna is cooked, u can actually mash it with a masher or a spoon and add all the masalas and fry for few more mins.

Now make it into a cutlet shape on u’r hand and then dip in egg white( don’t use the yolk) and then place it in bread crumbs and coat it on both sides and deep fry them.
They are delicious!!!
