Chicken breast pieces: 2
Maida or Corn flour: 2tbsp
Tandoori masala: 2tbsp
Turmeric: 1tsp
Chilli powder: tbsp
Lemon: 1
Salt to taste
Marinade with chicken and add little oil and leave it in the fridge for 2 hrs and then fry them.
For wraps:
Tortillas: 10
Lettuce
Onion
Tomato
Chilli sauce
Peri peri sauce( I like to add this for a nice tangy taste), u can add any sauces u like!!!
Mix all these to the chicken and wrap them in tortillas!!
And they are just amazing!!!!
I made these yesterday when we went to London for a day out and u know my chilk who is 5 years old suddenly said “Mom u are a good cook”.
It was nice to hear from my child who suddenly thought my wraps are better than this usual stuff “like Mc Donalds or Burger King meal” !!!
