MINCED LAMB CURRY(KHEEMA)


Minced lamb: ½ kg
Onions: 2
Chillies: 4
Cashewnuts: 10 or so
Ginger garlic paste: 2tbsp
Chilli powder: 2tbsp
Turmeric: 1 tsp
Masala paste(cinnamon, coriander seeds, poppy seeds, cardamom, coconut and cloves) : ½ cup
Salt to taste
How to make:

Fry onions and chillies till they are brown then add the masala saute for few min and then add the mince along with chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
There is no need to add water as there’s plenty the meat itself so simmer for 15 min and mix once a while in between.
As soon as u see oil oozing out, add cashewnuts which are already fried on the top and serve with puris or rice!!

He IS AN EXPERT IN NON VEG!!!
And we used to crave for his wonderful curries and this is one of his favourite ones!!!!
He used to add garlic pods as well but as I don’t like I avoid that bit!!!
