Punugulu:

Idli batter: 2 cups
Rice flour: ½ cup
Flour: ¼ cup
Onions: 1
Chillis: 4
Salt to taste

Mix all and make a smooth batter.
Deep fry them. They taste superb with coconut chutney or chilli chutney!!
