DAILY TEMPTATIONS AND HOW CAN U RESIST!!!!

One of our colleague’s birthday today and she bought some lovely cakes from the bakery which is just next door and u can imagine what a daily struggle for us to cope with non ending aroma from the bakery, daily temptation to resist those beautiful cakes, pastries, muffins etc.
I haven’t been able to resist for the past few months and I can notice a huge change in myself as well not fat but on a heavier side!!

So trying not to budge to these daily temptations and trying to work out for a healthy way of living!!

COME FACE TO FACE WITH MAHATMA GANDHI’S IDEOLOGY IN “LAGE RAHO MUNNABHAI”

It is next to impossible not to like Munnabhai and his sidekick Circuit in their second innings. Almost three years after the loveable duo cured the incurable in Munnabhai MBBS , the street-savvy taporis find themselves face to face with Mahatma Gandhi’s ideology in ‘Lage Raho Munnabhai’. Once again, Sanjay Dutt plays the foul-mouthed, uneducated, but extremely good-hearted goon, and Arshad Warsi plays his inseparable friend.

The most exceptional thing about the film is the way it blends comedy with emotional moments. Arshad Warsi’s impeccable comic timing, coupled with Sanjay Dutt’s light-humored slapstick, promises laughs aplenty for the viewers and there are moments when the duo drives you to tears.

Another good thing about the film is that Gandhiji’s ideology in it never sounds preachy. The film rather shows its soundness in a practical way. He almost has an enlightened smile on his face throughout the movie.‘Lage Raho Munnabhai’ doesn’t merely end as a Sanjay Dutt film. Although the actor takes to his role like a fish to the water and delivers yet another brilliant performance, ample footage is given to Vidya Balan, Arshad Warsi and other actors as well.To sum it up, ‘Lage Raho Munnabhai’ is one of the best movies to have come out of Bollywood this year. The film is a top-notch entertainer. There is not a single dull moment in it. A must-watch.lage raho munnabhai!!!

HALLOWEEN PARTY!!!!!

Organised a Halloween party yesterday, just for fun u know!!
Not interested in the history part of it but more over to do something for the kids at half term bored sitting at home as u know Autumn is fast approaching UK and days are getting chilly as well.
They hardly can go out and play in the garden or anywhere for that matter. So Indoor fun is all they want!!!!!
We booked Scout hall, Kesgrave to arrange our Halloween party and it was such a huge success, Thanks to Judith Francis to sort out a slot for us in such a short time.
We started decorating from 2 with plenty of help from friends who actually helped me through out the party and made it a huge success!!! Thank you Glancy, Marina, Sunita and Seena and my sis Neeraja.

First we started off with musical chairs, pass the parcel, mummy wrap and couple of other creepy games and last was blaster one. The blaster was little heavy so the kids found it diff to actually hold it and fire!!But they loved it especially boys!!!!

Party was for 22 kids so imagine how the boys were restless to get hold of the blaster and fire some shots. After that its snack time, kids menu was Sandwiches (Sunita) Cakes ( Glancy) Pizza (Me!!) wedges( Me) For grown ups: Superb samosas (took a photo as they were absolutely delicious and made by Marina) will publish the recipe soon!! Onion Pakodas

By the kids finished, it nearly time to go home, gave presents for the kids who won the games and each child got a tumbler with sweets in it so they were all happy and looked as if they thoroughly enjoyed!!! What more u want when u organise a kid’s party other than a huge smile on their cute little faces!!
