		<description>Hi Gini&lt;br /&gt;thank you for looking at my recipes.Yes they are whole moong dal(green one), we can use the yellow moong as well but these dosas are usually made wih whole moong and moreover a healthy option u know and there is no need to ferment the batter, if i have time i leave for couple of hrs or else make them straight after grinding.</description>
