Vegetable Biryani

INGREDIENTS:

FOR MASALA PASTE:
Coriander leaves: a bunch
Mint leaves: few
Green chillies: 10
Onion: 1
Coconut: 1/4cup
Cinnamon, cloves and cardamom
Make a fine paste.

Cauliflower
Carrots
Capsicum
Beans
Basmati rice: 4 cups

Now take a pressure pan and sauté onions and chillies along with bay leaves.
Then add the masala paste and sauté for 5 min and add all vegetables and fry for few min then add rice and mix well. Add salt and 4 and ½ cups of water and put the lid, leave in medium heat for 20 min or until the rice is cooked.
Superb veg biryani is ready!!!!!
