Butternut squash 1/2
Potatoes: 3
Black chana : 1 cup( soaked overnight and cooked)
Jeera: 1 tsp
Garam Masala: 1 tsp
Chana Masala: 1 tsp
Black kalonji seeds: 1tsp( it adds a nice flavour to the curry)
Coriander leaves

Fry jeera and kalonji seed in 1 tbsp of oil and add potatoes and chana and fry for few min then add garam masala, chana masala, salt, turmeric and cook until potatotes are half done then add pumpkin pieces as they cook very fast. Try not to mix as the pieces get mashy.
Add water and leave on medium heat until the pieces are cooked.

garnish with coriander and serve with chapathis!!
