Cauliflower: 1/2
Potatoes: 2
Coconut and poppy seed paste: 2tbsp
Onion: 1
tomatoes: 2
Ginger garlic paste: 1tbsp
Chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
Bay leaves: 2
cashewnuts: 6 or 7
cloves, cardemom and cinnamon stick
Fry bay leaves, cloves, cardemom and cinnamon with cashewnuts for few min and add onions to it and saute for 5 to 7 min. Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric and salt and mix well.
Now add cauliflower florets and potatoes and cook for a while then add coconut and poopy seeds paste and tomatoes and cook until the potato pieces are cooked.
