I looked at Indira’s and Praveena’s recipe and thought i will try it as i never made chutney with capsicum and thank you gals for sharing it with us.
here is my version, i have done it a very simple way
capsicum 1
jeera: 1tsp
chillies 5
tamarind and salt
I tried by roasting bell pepper as it adds extra taste so done on a medium flame until its browned through out or should i say blackened!!
