Now don’t assume anything until u have this tea first ok!!Here is the story behind it:
Today my colleague got a parcel from turkey and guess what’s in it???Apple Tea Powder!! Oh yes It is!!

My colleague went for a holiday there, and was offered this and she couldn’t resist after tasting it once!!
People from turkey or who had been there on a holiday might know what i am saying but for others, go around and search if can get one!!

I looked at Indira’s and Praveena’s recipe and thought i will try it as i never made chutney with capsicum and thank you gals for sharing it with us.
here is my version, i have done it a very simple way
capsicum 1
jeera: 1tsp
chillies 5
tamarind and salt

I tried by roasting bell pepper as it adds extra taste so done on a medium flame until its browned through out or should i say blackened!!

Now I used mortar and pestle but u can use a grinder.

The taste was so nice!!!

will try to make more often now!!
