Vegetable Wraps

A great snack for kids who are just get bored eating the same everyday.
My child doesn’t like to eat rice everyday nor chapathis. He keeps on saying not again Mom n all!1 So tend to try something so that he finds it different and tasty as well. No fuss No mess!!
Ingredients:
Potatoes: 2
Capsicum: 1
Carrots: 1
Peas: handful
Sweet corn: handful
Heat oil in a pan and fry these vegetables on high heat until they are cooked.
Now add salt, chilli powder and turmeric. Garnish with coriander leaves and keep it aside.
Make chapathi atta as usual and after making a chapathi stuff this stuffing in one corner and roll them up and press the edges so that it looks like a chocolate.
Deep fry them and that’s it really.
