My fav starter for a weekend.
I prefer making starters like this and have a light meal on a weekend.
We tend to watch a good movie or something on the telly and we prefer some nibbles like this to really relax and enjoy our perfect weekend
Finding good nachos can be difficult, I always try to shop around and find the best ones to use, Good nachos should be crisp and hot, not lukewarm, soggy, or charred and they always require not only a hearty helping of cheese but also ample amounts of garnishes such as salsa, guacamole, sour cream, red and green jalapenos.

Made this weekend and it was a so tasty that I wanted to have more n more.
To ensure that all of the chips are cheesy and spicy, layer tortilla chips with a full pound of shredded cheddar cheese and sliced jalapeƱos.
I usually make salsa and guacamole but this weekend i was too lazy and so opted for the easiest way of buying from the supermarket, I wouldn’t say it was bad but i prefer using only the freshest ingredients to prepare quick homemade salsa and guacamole to garnish the nachos, and finish with fresh lime wedges and sour cream.

Snacks

Made pooris the other day with brinjal and potato curry and it came out very delicious.
I always wonder what to try every week but end up soemtimes with my old recipes and same old veggies.
I have always been a fussy eater and fussy cook as well. Never cooked cabbage till couple of years, despised sprouts and like this had had my own notions for everything.
I remember picking up mustard seeds from rasam or sambhar, not even going near any curries with garlic in it.My poor mom used to struggle with me and Guess its my time now when my child starts moaning and whinging when i make him to eat something healthy.
How true is this saying ” what goes around comes around”.
I remember posting this recipe earlier
