Delicious Puffed Pooris
One of the best thing about pooris is they are so light and so tasty that it just melts in your mouth with any curry.
My personal preference would be with chicken curry or kheema or with potato!!!!I usually try to avoid deep fried things but when it comes to pooris I just can’t resist them, my whole healthy regime is put on hold for those few moments when I savour this wonderful pooris
My recipe is so simple, I do not add oil or anything just water and the flour, knead it for a while and roll them into small pooris and deep fry them. The only tip in making puffed poories is that u leave them to dry for 5 to 10 min after u roll and that’s it really.
Stumble it!
