My Prawns curry

I know i m such a fan of these sweet, succulent and juicy prawns that i try to make every week and my family loves it.
I tend to make curry or fry which goes wonderfully well with rice .

here we go again:
prawns: 1pkt
ginger-garlic paste: 1tbsp
masala paste(coconut, coriander seeds, poppy seeds,cinammon, cloves and cardemon)
grind them and make a paste.
onion: 1
chillies: 4
tomatoes: 2
Now fry onions and chillies first in 2 tbsp of oil, add masala paste along with ginger garlic paste and fry until u get that nice aroma in the kitchen.


Now add tomatoes and fry for a while and add prawns and keep a lid. After 5 to 10 min, add 1 cup of water and cook for another 10 min.
Delicious prawn curry is ready to have it with rice!!
