Quicky Breakfast

I tend to make soemthing or the other with left over idli batter.
This time i tried making uthappam and they came out very good and i was quite happy to see my 6 yr old tucking in without even taking the chillies out, mind u the chillies which my husband bought this weekend were so bland and tasteless that i couldn’t believe that they are chillies.
not at all hot

but anyway i had to use them along with tomatoes and onions and coriander mixed them will in batter and made these yummy uthappams which brightened up our morning breakfast time on sunday!!!

i tried them for the first time as my child a bit fussy with indian food, a typical brit boy!!!!
so i started introducing him to our wonderful food which he likes to try now and then

lucky you sailu, i struggled with son a lot introducing him to indian food!!
he is more like a typical brit boy who enjoys his hot school dinners
Its been a nearly 2 years, he took a packed lunch to school,
so I tend to make indian meal for dinner as both hubby and son eat outside.
I remember noel asking for cheese sandwiches when we were at a restaurant in India which had everything like dosas, idlis. At that time i realised that i had to do soemthing about it and now after couple of years, he started trying and enjoying now!!
I bet u’r son must be enjoying u’r wonderful cooking!!
    thank u so much!!!
