Food Event: Jihva for Potatoes

Filed in Prawns , Salads n Soups 6 comments

My all time favourite vegetable is the theme organised by Vaishali and I present you with my wonderful creation “ Roast potatoes with garlic and thyme”

Boil potatoes with salt until they are half done, drain the water, add thyme. Crushed garlic, crushed peppercorns, rock salt and a nice drizzle of olive oil and bake them for 30 min or until they are golden brown in color.

Great roast potatoes as a starter enthralling whole family on a dark and cold winter night!!
