		<description>i am not able to get this recipe of idle with coriender ginger chutney.please give me the recipe to make very soft and white idles and tell which brand of sambhar masala to be used,as there are so many brands available in the market ,so its very confusing,which one toe use.

Sambhar Powder, I love MTR one. My tip is to fry sambhar powder in little oil before mixing in the dal. That way its quite aromatic!!</description>
