Sorbet Time - Pineapple Sorbet
As the weather was improving, my craving for chilled food has increased immensly and its not only me, many of us enjoyed a nice beach stroll with enchanting ice creams, children already started building sand castles,
I thought this is the time for an icy chill of sorbet which is gonna wake up anyone#’s mouth with its delighful taste .
so here it is:
pineapple juice: 2 cups
sugar or honey: 2 tbsps
lemon: 1 tsp
water: 1/2 cup
add all these ingredients together and freeze for 4 hrs, take it out and try to scrap off the layers and freeze it again.
after couple of hrs, do the same and the most delightful cup of pineapple ice is ready!!!
