		<description>Madhavi&lt;br/&gt;thank u for visiting by blog and u are wrong as its not whipping cream madhavi, u can get these meringue nests from supermarkets or u can make from scratch and here it is:&lt;br/&gt;To make the meringue, whisk the egg whites and the caster sugar until very stiff, so that it forms peaks when the whisk is removed;  food processor will give the best results.I tried once with my hands and its really hard to whisk with hands, spread the meringue on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, place in the oven at the lowest temperature setting and bake overnight until dry and brittle. Six or seven hours is long enough. &lt;br/&gt;Such a long process but the end result is pretty amazing, will post this recipe seperately</description>
