Drink up
This lovely pinky drink is my latest find in the world of amazing non alcoholic drinks. It was a spur of moment thing when I wanted to make a simple sunday roast little interesting.

I threw couple of things together and there comes my amazing drink.
Sparkling spring water: 500ml
Sicilian Lemons: 2(squeezed)
Pomegranate: 1
Ice cubes: few

(This picture is rushing off to the Click event)
Mix sparkling water, lemon juice and ice cubes.
Cut the pomegranate, and seperate the arils from the pith and add them to the drink and leave them for atleast 1hr before you serve.
An absolute cool drink for kids. No artificial sweeteners or anything, the pom arils gives it a nice sweet taste.

I am sending this to Bee and Jai’s Unmissable Click event and to Sra’s AFAM-Pomegranate as well.
