My cup of tea!

Where to start, what to post… Now I’m really out of my loop now, don’t know how to start this post..

OK.. I start apologising for not acknowledging your wonderful feedback,I have read your and hopped along other blogs in between as well but never had a chance to leave a comment. Hoping things will get back to a pace where I don’t have to prioritize and keep blogging atleast once a week.

My typical day starts with a cup of tea, chai or whatever u call it, I absolutely go crazy without it.

Atleast I consume 5 to 6 cup of black tea everyday, my work tensions, pressures, deadlines make my day stressed out but I relax and my face gleams when I see a cuppa, my fav cuppa…

Here are couple of pictures I took to send them over to Jai and Bee’s Click Event

The first picture is on its way to Jai n Bee.. and as usual I am sending it on the very last day!!

A click, a TV show and a Race for life

I have been extremely busy these days and unable to visit other blogs as well.

I am missing the blogging world now a days but I am really looking forward to a week where I absolutely do nothing but treat myself for a virtual party with amazing dishes which my dearest friends whipped up.

June has really started with a big bang as we had Race for Life 2008 at Chantry Park on the 8th June, we friends - Sheetal, Juhi, Zain and Myself geared up together to raise money by running 5km for cancer research.

I lost my dad for cancer and its absolutely heartbreaking to see and read those little messages everyone was carrying on the race day to show their love for people who in someway of the other were effected by this deadly disease.

We girls together raised more then 250 pounds, our dear friends and work colleagues sponsored and supported us. A big thank you to everyone who helped us raise the money for cancer research.

As we had heavy rains throughout the week, the path on the Race Day was so treacherous with slushy mud everywhere and people slipping throughout the course made it more difficult to complete. But we all did at our pace and timings ranging from 35 minutes to 56. Mine was 5km in 46 min(mainly brisk walking as I couldn’t keep up my running ). Girls we all did it together.

Now a click never to be missed. I guess this time I am little early in clicking for Jai n Bee’s event.

As I have a TV show coming up on BBC, I wanted to organise in such a way that I wouldnt miss sending my clickety click away to Jai n Bee.

About my TV show, All I can say at the moment is its one hellava show and I guess I am quite excited to be on BBC.

Filming is next week so as soon as its over, I will post all the details and do hope to take a break from busy schedule to relax
