I made these chicken goujons over the weekend. Its a simple recipe, a great favourite among kids and even adults as well.
It doesn’t take anytime at all for preparing but the taste is absolutely incredible and wonderfully versatile.
I saw this recipe www.bbcgoodfood.com in a special edition which is cooking with kids and I adapted to my taste.

I like this recipe for its simplicity really. Whenever we have Noel’s friends home I do try to make different kids favourites as you know how fussy can kids get if they have to have the same things over and over again.

Its been few days, I have posted something, its not that I haven’t been cooking but its just that we had guests over the weekend we were going around to cambridge and other places nearby. We love cambridge, a vibrant city and enjoy walking the university colleges, punting, open top bus rides, walking tours and many more.
Whenever we have friends coming over to visit us, one place we always take them to is Cambridge an amazing fusion of the ancient history and modern day living, so much happening there and a city that has shaped history. Who can forget the history, people and discoveries that happened here.

(The American cemetery at Cambridge where Approx 4000 people who died in both the world wars were laid to rest)
Great people like Sir Isaac Newton, Ramanujan both from Trinity college , the Old Cavendish laboratory which was famous for its discoveries as DNA, Neutron and Electron, Queens college famous for it 12th century mathematical bridge, Kings College and the world famous College Chapel, Darwin college named after him who sat at the very banks of the river that flows through the city and wrote the “Origin of the Species”.We have been going to this place every month taking our friends or family whoever visits us and everytime its an amazing experience. We find something fascinating about this city which pulls us there every now and then.
